1. Customer agrees to use the same packaging and packing materials and pack the malfunctioned printer in the same manner as they received the loaner printer. Customer should ship malfunctioned printer to Silcott Micro Ware, 680 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324 and prepay for shipping and insurance.

  2. Upon receipt, Silcott Micro Ware will inspect customer’s printer and inform customer of estimated repair charges.

  3. If customer approves repair, printer will be repaired and returned to customer. If repairs exceed estimate by more than 10%, approval will be obtained before finishing repair. Return shipping and insurance will be added to repair invoice.

  4. If customer does not want repair then printer will be returned, and only shipping and insurance will be invoiced, over and above the loaner fee.
