Printers shipped to Silcott Micro Ware for repair will generally be repaired and return shipped within 24 hours if the parts are in stock. Shipping and insurance will be prepaid and added to the invoice.

Estimates are provided for all repairs. Estimate approval is required before repairs are made. Any costs exceeding 10% of the estimate will require additional approval prior to completing the repair. If the customer elects not to have the repair made after the estimate is given a diagnostic fee of $35 for dot matrix and $50 for lasers will be invoiced. All repairs for customers within Ohio will have state tax applied to the invoice unless a tax-exempt certificate is received before the invoice is mailed.
