All new Output Technology printers have a 30-day unconditional guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, the printer can be returned within 30 days of purchase and you will only pay the freight charge of the invoice and the return shipping and insurance.

All new TriMatrix series printers have a full lifetime Printhead warranty.

All new and factory reconditioned TriMatrix, Demand, and PrintStation series printers have a one-year parts and labor warranty. Printers must be returned to the factory or presented to an authorized service center.
